Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using BruteFence, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.

License Grant

  • • Limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software
  • • One machine = one license (hardware-bound)
  • • License valid during active subscription period

Trial Period

  • • 7-day free trial with full functionality
  • • No credit card required for trial
  • • After trial: purchase license or uninstall software

Permitted Use

  • ✓Lawful RDP protection purposes
  • ✓Windows server protection
  • ✓Backup/testing on same hardware

Prohibited Use

  • ✗Reverse engineering, decompilation
  • ✗License sharing or VPS cloning
  • ✗Redistribution or resale
  • ✗Bypassing license protection

Payment & Pricing

Annual subscription model. Pricing details available upon request. Payment processed through WHMCS billing system.

Refund policy: Contact support@brutefence.com for refund requests within 30 days of purchase.

Warranty Disclaimer

⚠️ IMPORTANT SECURITY NOTICE

Software provided "AS IS" without warranties. BruteFence is designed to REDUCE the risk of RDP attacks, not eliminate it completely.

  • • No guarantee of 100% attack prevention
  • • Users must use strong passwords and follow security best practices

InfoTipp Kft. is not responsible for damages caused by successful attacks, even with BruteFence installed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • • Not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, consequential, lost profits, data loss, business interruption)
  • • Maximum liability limited to amount paid for annual license

Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: Hungary (Hungarian law applies)

• Language: Hungarian version prevails in disputes
